Business IT Support

| Prepaid IT Support | 10 hours at $125 per hour 20 hours at $115 per hour |
All invoices payable within 14 days. All IT support rates are quoted excluding GST.
Web Design & Development

Computer Repairs

A $50 non-refundable diagnostic fee is payable when booking in a device. Where further work is required this will be deducted from the final account.
All computer repair rates are quoted including GST.
Residential Support
| In-Office Short Consultation up to 15 min | $85 |
| In-Office Standard Consultation 15 - 45 min | $120 |
| In-Office Extended Consultation 1 hour | $170 |
| Remote IT Support Session up to 15 min | $90 |
| Remote IT Support Session 1 hour | $155 |
| Onsite Callout Rate Minimum 1 hour | $155 per hour - including travel |
Minimum onsite call out fee is $155. This includes an hour of time (travel included). Further time is billed in 15 minute increments.
